All services are subject to technician availability and assessment. Quotes are estimates and may change based on on-site findings.
2. Scheduling & Cancellations

Appointments can be scheduled online, by phone, or in person.

A confirmation message will be sent via text or email.

Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance
3. Payment Terms

Payment is due upon service completion unless otherwise agreed in writing.

We accept credit/debit cards, checks, and cash.

Returned checks will incur a $35 fee.

For certain jobs, a deposit or upfront payment may be required.
4. Limitation of Liability
We are not responsible for:

Pre-existing system issues

Damage caused by misuse or neglect

Failures due to customer-supplied equipment

Delays due to parts availability or extreme weather
Maximum liability is limited to the cost of the service provided.
5. Customer Responsibilities
Customers must:

Ensure adult presence during service

Notify us of any unsafe or unusual conditions

7. Right to Refuse Service
Arizona EZ AC reserves the right to refuse service in cases of unsafe working conditions, inappropriate behavior, or non-payment history.
8. Dispute Resolution
Any disputes will first be attempted to be resolved informally. If necessary, disputes may be resolved through mediation or arbitration in Maricopa County, Arizona.
9. Changes to Terms
Arizona EZ AC may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
